Works for me on US Crunchyroll at https://crunchyroll.com/rumbling-hearts.

I think it went away when the old Crunchyroll-Funimation licensing agreement ended, then returned a year or so ago as a result of the Crunchyroll-Funimation merger.

They made a shitty anime in the past!!!
