Haha. I don't necessarily strongly agree or disagree, at least based on the picture. That said I find it kind of funny how, at least personally speaking as a semi young person that despite the influence of the epic angry critic genre, and the handwringing about bad cgi which almost compares to handwringing about plotholes... I don't think the average person has that bad a reaction to low budget old cgi. I think even today most people would prefer watching something with 2000-2005 tier cgi to something with bad modern cg. I think it's a sort of uncanny valley like effect. Maybe I'm too biased to make a judgement though. |
