Sounds like a really extreme version of One Week Friends or 50 First Dates.

This is just details from early in chapter 1, but just to better hint where the series is going, because the description lacks a key element. The institute raises groups of 30 girls who are born and raised there at the institute. The girls have no parents and a new group is born every 3 years. The girls are taught various subjects such as math, science, dance, and even martial arts and firearm use. At the age of 10 they are divided up and assigned to a permanent specialized class that determines their future vocation. Those specialized classes are Arts, Science, Labor, and Insemination.

I heard this is a very good suspense sci-fi manga.
With its length, I'm not surprised if this gets adapted into an anime or a live action film in the near future.

Late replying because I was on vacation, but I've really enjoyed what I've read of this so far.

There's also a fair amount of The Bourne Identity and The Promised Neverland in its DNA, I'd say. (I've never actually seen the Bourne movies, mind you.)

Though six volumes is a lot for the originally imagined one-cour length. It wouldn't be as compressed as Erased, but still more than Astra Lost in Space or the first season of The Promised Neverland. Four volumes a cour seems more typical nowadays.
