Was just about to comment something similar lol, well hopefully this won’t suffer a bad drop in quality like Kamui.

I actually liked Ninja Kamui. A lot. So I don't know what you guys are talking about but whatever... I guess I couldn't care less about what's popular and what's not among the anime fandom these days 
Anyways, really looking forward to this one. This looks like could be lots of fun and at the very least is not some freaking isekai rom-com so it's all good...

Ninja Kamui was okay, but it gave me flashy but forgettable vibes from beginning to end.
I hope this series is successful but it's not quite grabbing me yet.
