Ouch, though given how risky multiplayer games can be (hi Xdefiant) not surprised.

I forgot this game was announced. Not surprised by the news. Still hoping they release an official War for Cybertron PC port someday.

We all saw it coming after nearly two years without any update. It sucks, but it is what it is, and what it apparently is apparently is the fault of the studio, not Hasbro. A few Splash Damage employees took to Twitter to pin the blame fully on the studio.

To be honest I was not interested in a live-service shooter game at all but it is unfortunate to see it cancelled. Transformers seems to be a bit of a pickle these days. Surprising to see it was all because of some money laundering scheme and nothing to do with Hasbro incompetence for a change.
