That's a shame, since this is on Netflix I was really hoping for a same day dub release after seeing the English trailer.

Yeah, it's really disappointing. Most of the recent Netflix originals have had same day dubs. Waiting three weeks kinda sucks, but the sub is always there for those who are impatient.
