Basically all the stories are good, just the reviewer personally has a problem with one of them and hates it as a result.

Eh, no, I thought reviewer is overstating the issues, but after reading that story it definitely felt really weird in a gross way, and most comments I found also had similar tone.
I've read few chapters of other manga of this author, and they seem to specialize in combining grotesque, gross and irreverent in their art. Like one-shot about Supergirl having to deal with her own superpowered poop, with giant enema, poop murders, eating poop, and sex with poop fetishes. Those three other stories without rape seem to be most normal I've seen, compared to mangaka's other stuff.
