Hopefully some of these shorts will focus on something more than just lightsabers, lightsabers, lightsabers. Like no offense to the studios, the animation on all the shorts was beautiful, but writing-wise, the first season was an uninspired yawnfest.
Edit: I just read the word "Isekai", which I somehow missed the first time around, and this does NOT fill me with confidence.

Well, I think you're technically correct and the fact that almost all of SW Visions shorts have been focused on the Jedi in some form kind of reminds me of how Mike Stoklasa, famous for his Mr. Plinkett Star Wars reviews, hates the over reliance on lightsaber fights in the Prequel Trilogy, and even in many fan-films, calling them "Star Wars Porn", though he also kind of applies to any Star Wars work that kind abuses the nostalgia for certain superficial aspects of the Original Trilogy.
I myself am not a huge Star Wars fan, and while enjoyed the first two seasons of Visions, I have to admit that the series puts too much emphasis on the Jedi, which I mean, I get it, they're the central players of the Star Wars universe, and considering that George Lucas himself was inspired by Akira Kurosawa's movies and that Jedi are sort of samurai/knights, it kind of makes sense that the anime shorts focus on them and seeing different interpretations, though I really wish we could shorts focusing on the different aspects of the Star Wars universe, like the Rebels themselves, not-Force users, Bounty Hunters, aliens, etc.
I remember that there was a fan animation, made by a single person apparently, which was basically an homage to '80s mecha anime like Macross but it was focused on Tie-Fighter and X-Wing pilots, I wish we could see something like that in Visions, I'd love if there was a short paying homage to '80s mecha anime like Gundam, L-Gaim or Dunbine, but with Star Wars spacecraft.
