I'm concerned about the lack of movement...but hopefully they at least deliver on the action scenes.

Sadly , considering some words of the director and how they refuse to show action scenes, I am quite positive they will be all cg.

People aren't worried about potential CG usage, specially given J.C. Staff's own CG department - and the help they had from studio Moe - was pretty solid. People's biggest worry is the lack of animation *period*, when even something simpler like Garou putting a shirt on seems like it will be just a still.
