He's not the first foreigner to do a manga, we had others like the late Stan "the man" Lee when he did Heroman and the anime adaptation. Hell, we had Japanese mangaka and artists worked on American comic book/graphic novels like Yoshitaka Amano, Tsutomu Nihei, and even Katsuhiro Otomo (yep, the creator and director of Akira worked on a story in Batman: Black & White) |
