No one can tell me this CGI looks bad when Fist of the North Star exists.

And yet it looks like it's a cutscene from a game running on my old potato pc at a glorious 8 fps. It's not the ugliest anime ever, and as long as the character's aren't moving, it looks acceptable, but as soon as anything starts to move it's so clunky. It's as if the video player is lagging when it's clearly not. 3D CG at a low framerate just looks terrible, and this show is no exception.

Or those CG JoJo openings that people apparently liked.

We get it, CG animation in anime sucks on average, what else is new.

It still takes me out of it not seeing the characters in their manga outfits.

This looks okay enough in some individual shots but in motion it just looks really offputting. It's like a low budget early-mid PS4 game on a computer that can't run it very well.

I dunno, y'all. It's hard to tell from a trailer, but the animation quality looks about as good as Trigun Stampede, and Stampede had pretty dang solid animation.
