That's kind of weird. It's far enough out that it can't be a last-minute episode wasn't done in time situation, and they are filling the slot with a recap thing, so it wasn't preempted by some other broadcast on the TV end of things.

May 1st is Labor day in Japan so NTV's got a special broadcast for that, BS11 had nothing else to air in that time slot, so they went with a recap.

If it's as simple as that, then they could just say it is because of a holiday. Instead, it's for "unspecified scheduling reasons."
