Ever been watching an anime series that you haven't seen yet and then you notice that one particular character is looks and acts like another character but in another series? I find it kind of funny especially in some shows that I had watched that the characters were almost the same

Examples.

Yuri Yamamoto from Bokura ga Ita resembling Yuki Nagato from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
*funny thing about this is that Bokura ga Ita aired the day after The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya season 1 ended*

Kyon also from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya resembling Yuuichi Aizawa from Kanon(2006)
*Tomokazu Sugita is the seiyu for both characters*

Last but not least...
Mitsukuni Haninozuka from Ouran High School Host Club resembling Momiji Soma from Fruit Basket
*funny thing here is that Mitsukuni Haninozuka likes bunnies a lot and Momiji Soma is the bunny of the Chinese Zodiac*

Anybody else have examples? :3

I noticed just today that the main character from Himawari (Hayato I think it was) looks awfully like Phoenix Wright. Made me enjoy the show a bit more.

The Kyon and Aizawa comparison is super understandable, both are an anime with KyoAni.

Suzumiya Haruhi in a bishoujo game!? I'd LOVE to see that...

Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop are from the same creator, that's why they look alike. But this Spike guy, he also looks like Hanamoto-sensei from Honey and Clover.

Heh, lost anime twins Anime hyper...

Hatsune Arisawa (the one to the right) from Tona-Gura! and Mutsumi from Love Hina.
Their attitudes are very similar, and they're also somewhat busty (Hatsune more than Mutsumi, I think)

Aldebaran from Saint Seiya and Jito Hiroshi from Captain Tsubasa.
They look quite alike, even in the skin tone (and mind ya, Aldebaran's spoiler[supposed to be Brazilian])

Shin-chan and Ishizaki Ryou from Captain Tsubasa
Obviously Ryou isn't as mischievous as Shinnosuke, but Shin-chan can compare to the Monkey Boy when it comes to being gutsy in a very goofy way.

I swear there's like a million characters in anime that look almost exactly like Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho. Like (can't remember names) one of Kazuki's friends in Busou Renkin, and that one guy in Trigun that dies in Vash's arms, as well as also in Trigun the guy in that Rem Saverem episode that get's frozen in the tube for raping that one girl. Those are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head, but I'm sure there's more.

Hmm, first two come to mind for me are Kirika from Noir and Margaret from Madlax. Yeah, they are both Bee Train Girls-with-guns series, but still. They could have at least made these two girls look less similar.

Kirika:

Margaret:

Another two are Hazumu from Kashimashi and Sumire from Venus Versus Virus. They act kind of similar at times too.

Hazumu (center):

Sumire:

Finally, there's Chikane from Kannazuki no Miko and Kaon from Kyoshiro to Towa no Sora. Also there's Himeko from Kannazuki no Miko and Himiko from Kyoshiro to Towa no Sora. These are intentional resemblances most likely. Kaon is supposedly Chikane reincarnated and Himiko is supposedly Himeko reincarnated. Even the girls' relationships are similar between the two series. I still thought I'd point them out for just for fun though

Chikane:

Kaon:

Himeko:

Himiko:

The Kannazuki and Kyoshiro ones ARE intentional. Or someone has absolutle ONE mindset and didn't even notice.

For some reason these two always struck me as similar:
Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the shell

and Faye Valentine from Cowboy BeBop

... Maybe the Purple hair and the slutty suits?

Apparently Faye Valentine looks like an ad for Retrojunk.com..

Fay from TRC and Tamaki from Ouran High School Host Club look very similar as well. They're both blond and tall. They also seem to be into girls a lot.

EDIT
Here are pics:
