I suspect that Kouji Yoshida is two separate persons based on the very different roles.

Although this is pure speculation on my part, I think we should split him, and then should we end up wrong, re-merge him when that becomes apparent.

Does anyone have any supporting information?

Done. Actor named 吉田浩二, and animator named 吉田耕司; pronunciation are the same.

However, I believe there are many, many similar names in this thread... Anime dazed
