Tonight (Friday January 4), for the first time since about 1999, Teletoon will be airing an adult-oriented anime that isn't related to the Matrix. The cult classic "Akira" will be airing at 10pm, with repeats at 1am, and Saturday at 9:30pm. Tell all of your friends. Although there will be more anime movies airing every Friday over the next month, I'm certain that the future of anime on Teletoon (of all places!) is likely going to depend on this one movie.
