I had always assumed it was impossible to open a post in the talkback section, anything new outside of articles. I've seen two just recently, one that just popped up now. Is a "lock" preventing new topics just never been cared about or possibly unable to do with the forum software? Are there any topics outside of article discussions that WOULDN'T be locked by site staff in that section?
