Mad After much searching, I was able to find an answer to my questions, as to wether Funimation would continue to release Hakusho beyond Dark Indulgence which is scheduled for March, 16 2004. Well theres good news and bad news, the bad news is there will be no Hakusho release in the month of April. However there is a scheduled release date for Dangerous Games on May,4 2004, and Old Rivals New Problems on June 22, 2004. You can check that here.

I Just hope they continue to go all the way until the end, and I believe they will because Hakusho is the baby of Justin Cook, who does just about everything from Funimations point, and I believe come Hell or High Water, my man Justin will finish the series. (*Grumbles "Wish their was someone who would put the final arc of Kenshin on their back like that")

Anyway, thats my take on it. What are yours? And what do you think about Chapter Black is it holding it's own after the awesome conclusion of the dark tournament? What do you guys think the best saga of Chapter Black, Spirit Detective, and the Dark Tournament has been so far? And is anyone else still recovering after seeing Yusuke giving Kuwabara a spirit ass blast?

I've noticed that posts on Hakusho tend to get a lot of looks and not a lot of responses. We all know the popularity of the show, so how come the Hakusho fans out there aren't representing? This is your chance, tell us what you think.

Fan of the show or not, there is no reason to belive they won't finish the series. Considering the fact that they have shown it on CN, it would be a completely wasted investment not to finish it out.

I'm sure the sales have been plenty enough that even if the next DVD doesn't come out the exact month and or timeframe you are expecting it, it will come eventually. You have to remember that one, Funi has a lot of projects they are working on and two, it's normal for DVD's to take 6-8 weeks between releases. In fact, if you look at the dates between the releases, they are both roughly six weeks apart.

I agree with you Godaistudios. As a fan, of course I wan't the whole series to be finished tommrrow, but I am definately not complaining about the speed in which they have been releasing them. For Hakusho fans of course we would like to see new eps being released in April, so yeah it's a small downer, but I'm not complaining. Your assumption that just because a show is on CN means it's gonna be finished, I don't agree with that, although as I previously stated with much thanks to Justin Cook I believe Hakusho will be finished in the not to distant future.

All you Hakusho fans who can out there, buy the dvd's write funimation let them know how awesome we think it is that they have finally started to bring us the rest of Hakusho and we want to see them go all the way with it.

Thanks for your post Godaistudios.

Pardon? The entire Kenshin series, TV, OVAs, & movie, have been out on DVD for several months (over a year?) now.

No, theres no ending to Kenshin in the Anime. After Shishio everythings just filler. I'm talking about the Jinchu ARC the real, true and only ending to Kenshin. The way it was written in the Manga. Kenshin was hugely popular, but after Shishio the Anime got ahead of the Manga, and thats why we end up with stuff like the Christian Arc. They played those fillers, and waited for the manga, unfortunately the Manga took a little longer and the anime was a little worse than fans were willing to wait. So Kenshin was toast, and possibly the best Anime saga, was lost for ever.

I disagree, but this is a YYH thread, so I won't delve into details.

I'm well aware of the Jinchuu Arc. I read the bloody thing months ago. However, you're confusing a complaint with the Japanese production company with a complaint against domestic licensors. One of these things is not like the other.

I apologize this has delved into more about Kenshin. Please if at all possible, stay with Hakusho theme of this post. Everyone knows the issues involved with Kenshin. So were really just here to find out what you think about the afformentioned questions?
