The Golgo 13 comix is fantastic but it is strange that with all the manga published today we can't see in the bookstores the first manga I saw in the United States. Was not Viz that had the rights? What happenned? And when we will see a The Professional: Golgo 13 DVD? Anyone knows, please post!

Oh, and to comply with the rules of the board, English is not my first language, it is Spanisn.

Viz isn't releasing the manga, cus they think shoujo and Rumiko Takahashi fans are more important to their bottom line. As for the dvd, Urban Vision doesn't have the rights yet.

There is a Region 4 DVD for "The Professional", and Queen Bee is coming out on DVD sometime soon.

I remember that at one time Viz mentioned that they were reprinting the series with covers from Tim Bradstreet (Punisher), but that was so long ago I wonder if that was little more that a rumour.

I need more Golgo 13 manga to go with my Lupin III and Iron Wok Jan books!
