I really like his style and stories-amidst all the sex in his work. Anyway, can someone give me a review on the new Mezzo DSA tv show??? I haven't been able to download it yet.
And has there been any new info on kiss and cry??
Also, what are some good anime's similar to kite and mezzo forte. I prefer the serious urban style as oppose to all that silly stuff.

I used to be a huge fan of Umetsu in the 80s. My favorite piece is his Presence short in Robot Carnival. The second Zeta Gundam OP by him is my all time favorite OP. The color schemes he presents are really cool, and although you can find them around in modern anime, he was ahead of his times back when he did Megazone part 2. I can't seem to get into his newer works, since I'm mainly a mecha/SF fan, but he is a very talented artist (used to have a poster of Four and Scirroco in pastels by him on my wall).
That's really cool. I've never seen Robot Carnival but i've been researching it resently? Hey, have you ever checked out his artbook? It isn't new but i really would like to own it. By the way, what's "Four and Scirroco"? Also, did Umetsu direct Megazone pt. 1 ? I saw some of the characters and they didn't really resemble is most recent style. It would be nice if he directed a mech anime again. It would be nice to see how he's evolved in that area. His newer character style mixed in with his old mech style could be pretty cool. Maybe he hasn't had a chance being with ARMS animation and all. He has a new show you know but i've heard mixed reviews. I really think he should make a new mech anime. I tend to shun away from the 80's style anime. I'm not a huge fan of it. The stories are good but i find the character designs a little boring. Anyway, thanks for the reply.

Yoshi and the Mysterious Book is a perfect example of the pros and cons of a typical Yoshi game experience.― Even though most Nintendo games are marketed to people of all ages, I have always found Yoshi games, in particular, to be skewed towards a slightly younger demographic. They're usually much simpler than Mario or Zelda games, for example. While that makes them more accessible, I sometimes feel...

It's undoubtedly a unique experience: a little cute, a little off-putting, a little horrifying, and more focused on being intriguing rather than satisfying.― Anime OVAs can feel like a lost art nowadays.
