- Virtua Fighter: can't beleive they used footage from an event you attended years ago, that's so cool. I hope this annoucenment is for a new mainline game, it's been so long since the last title and Virtua Fighter is an important part of gaming history, I'd say it's influence goes beyond the 3D fighter genre, it was one of the first succesful 3D games, but it seems that SEGA couldn't keep the brand alive compared to Tekken and Dead or Alive.
- Smash Bros x Minecraft: the reception towards Steve has been pretty weird, his presentation video already amassed various millions of views across different channels, and the like ratio is overwhelmingly positive in all of them (a complete opposite of what happened with Byleth). It seems that most complaints come from a small but loud minority of Smash players. In some aspects, of all the 3rd party characters included in the pass Steve has the strongest ties with Nintendo, his game is the best selling non-Nintendo game on Switch (with over a million copies sold in Japan), there's a Mario x Minecraft edition, and there was a New 2DS console modeled after the Creeper enemy. I don't understand why Steve has such a bad reputation among Smash fans, obviously there's the character slot thing, but it seems that they are ignoring that Minecraft is the best selling game of all time, with an active playerbase and the game is over ten years old (which actually makes Steve older than characters like Min Min, Joker and Byleth).

Well, besides the usual hubub of people's personal picks not getting in, Steve had a meme for a few years now. He had a perceived rivalry with Banjo due to all the Steveposting memes.
