The translation of the title (at this time: "Shinkon Dakedo Captain no Kanojo to wa Mada Yarenai (I'm newly married, but I still can't have sex with the captain's girlfriend)") doesn't make sense if you read the sinopsis, by the translation it looks like the captain is some other husband and the male main character is tempted to do some cheating or something, when the sinopsis says there are only two characters who are newly married, the girlfriend is the captain and they're abstaining from sex. "captain no kanojo" in this context is describing that the girlfriend is the captain, not that she's the girlfriend of a captain.
