Actually, Tokyopop just posted a March 2 date for Saiyuki.

Hmm... would Kimagure Orange Road count as a "magical boy" (or "magical boys and magical girls and a handful of magical adults") show, or would it not qualify because, 90% of the time, the use of the esper "Power" is just a plot device setting up the premise of the episode or even just a sight gag? Miracle Girls has characters with somewhat similar esper abilities and that's considered to be a "magical girls" show (well, at least according to Hitoshi Doi).
