In ep 22 at 2:36 the references here are to the song by Perfume called Chocolate Disco and Pikotaro's Pen Pineapple Apple Pen song.

In episode 21 part 4, Yumehara Chiyo repeatedly says "I Failed". This is a nod to the Steins;Gate scene where the character Suzuha Amane, whom she also voices, fails in her mission.
