Trivia:

The series was originally announced as the second season to BeyWheelz. While Beywarriors: BeyRaiderz shares the same cast as the earlier show, the series does not acknowledge any of the events that took place in BeyWheelz.

The working title for the series was BeyRaiderz: Shogun.

Despite not sharing continuity with those shows, Nelvana considers BeyRaiderz to be episodes 168-180 of the Metal Saga, encompassing Beyblade: Metal Fusion through Beyblade: Shogun Steel and BeyWheelz.

The series is the second of three Beyblade spinoffs produced for the western market.
