In the preview for episode 2, Shinra says Ren transfers to the school where she's the student council president and Mayu says that's another butler anime. This is parody of Hayate no Gotoku!, where Shinra's seiyuu, Itou Shizuka, plays Katsura Hinagiku who's student council president of Hakuou Academy.

In the preview for episode 3, Ren is told that Shinra is a great conductor and that he probably can't understand music. Ren replies that such a statement is ridiculous and starts giving out conductor instructions to an orchestra. This is a parody of Nodame Cantabile, where Ren's seiyuu, Seki Tomokazu, plays Chiaki Shinichi who's a really talented violinist and pianist that went into conducting.

In the beginning of episode 2 Taisa appears as Dark Gundam

In the beginning of episode 6 Yume's writing style imitates that of Light Yagami from the series Death Note.

In the preview for episode 9, Ageha pretends to be a maid, even changing her voice. This is a parody from Maria from Hayate no Gotoku as they are both played by the same Seiyuu (Rie Tanaka).

In the preview for episode 10, Natose claims she can ride a white horse in to save Yume since they called her "Rider" back home. Natose's seiyu is Yuu Asakawa, the very same person who also voiced Rider from Fate/Stay Night.

In episode 1, the scene where Taijiri Yasushi (voiced by Yousuke Akimoto) and Ren Uesugi (voiced by Tomokazu Seki) are in an open field before the OP credits is a spoof of the "Master and Pupil" relationship between Master Asia and Domon Kasshu in "Mobile Fighter G Gundam", roles both seiyuu played in the past.

In episode 1, around 15:03, a picture of Pedo Bear, made of symbols, is used as a explanation for the B in Benisu's name.

In episode 2 at about 13:50, when Mii gives Ren her card, her telephone number is 3 buttons of the 4 on the Playstation controler (the O, the triangle and the square).

In episode 3, the driving scene is a parody of Initial D.

In episode 4, the second family name plate at the Butler's Lair says Sanzenin, perhaps a tribute to Hayate no Gotoku!

In episode 4, at the casino when Natose tells Benisu to go home, Benisu mimics (in both appearance and lines spoken) Akagi from the series of the same name.

In episode 4, when Colonel has Ren sign a notice, he mentions that he isn't going to sell him to a foreign legion. This is a reference to Area 88

In episode 6, Miyu uses a dropping box cutter attack on Kumaan the bear, which is a parody of how Fuyou Kaede in Shuffle! (who's also voiced by Gotou Yuuko) tormented Tsuchimi Rin when they were kids. Kumaan then counterattacks with a Miracle Beam, which is a parody of Asahina Mikuru's Mikuru Beam from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu. Mikuru is also voiced by Gotou Yuuko.

In episode 6, the monster Kuman that attacks Benisu has an appearance similar to a Sun Bear, distinguishable by the horseshoe shaped marking on its chest.

In episode 6, when Shinra Kuonji attacks the Kuman monster, her Sure-kill Valkyrie Boots attack is a parody of Lenalee Lee's Falling Footwork: Iron Shackles attack from D.Gray-man. Lenalee and Shinra are both voiced by Shizuka Itou.

In episode 6 at about 5:30, the local montser may be a reference to Robin Hood who says "I steal from the rich and give to the poor", where in this case the monster says "I kill the handsome and give money to the poor", "I kill the slim and give money to the slim". Also the glasses he is wearing are similar to those that Kazuma has from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

In episode 6 during the fantasy scene, Yume clothes, as well as the transformation pose she does, are a tribute to Kamen Rider BLACK's Henshin. However the next scene proceeds to a Sailor Moon transformation. also before the false commercial break the scene stops with a clock face that's ticking, a parody to Kamen Rider Den-o.

In episode 8, Kujuurou, played by Hiyama Nobuyuki, screams "Hikari ni Nare!" (Turn into Light!) when he clashes with Ren. This is a parody of Gai Shishiou's attack in GaoGaiGar, whom Nobuyuki also voices. The same parody is used in Hayate no Gotoku! episode 38 by the cyborg butler who is also played by Nobuyuki.

In Episode 8, when Ren performs his move, then Kujuurou's interrupe Ren's quote. Ren's move & quote similiar to G Gundam Domon's Shining Finger move & quote.

In episode 8 when Ren and Kojuuro accept the challenge Kojuuro changes into Date Masamune and Ren changes into Uesugi Kenshin from Sengoku Musou 2

During hanami (cherry blossom viewing) with the gang in the second half of Episode 11 of Kimi ga Aruji de Shitsuji ga Ore de, Ageha Kuki commands her butler Kojuurou to bring her a whole keg, which she proceeds to guzzle down all by herself. The keg is labeled, "Nyuusankin" ("Lactic Acid Bacteria"). This is a parody of a line by Suigintou in Rozen Maiden, another role performed by Ageha's Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) Rie Tanaka. In Episode 8 of the first season of the Rozen Maiden anime, Suigintou asks Motoharu Shibasaki, "Nyuusankin totteruu?" ("Have you taken your lactic acid bacteria?")

In episode 11 during the cherry blossom viewing picnic, Miyu does the trademark "Zetsubou shita!" ("I'm in despair!") bit from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.

In episode 11, Miyu's robot De Niro says, "ore-sama no uta wo kike!", which means "listen to my song!". Aside from the addition of "-sama", this is Nekki Basara's trademark line in Macross 7.

In episode 11 during Shinra and Miyu's cosplay show, Shinra dresses up as Saber from Fate/stay night and Miyu dresses up as Tousaka Rin from the same series.

In episode 11, Ren and Yume talk to Chiharu about the Protagonist's Law, Yume then states how it can backfire and lead to a terrible incident. This is in reference to the ending of the anime School Days and the meme "Nice Boat."

In episode 11, at about 18:30, Ageha-sama;s butler was about to unleash "Hei Jaganeshi's" final move, the: "Dragon of the Darkness Flame".

In episode 11, after the thieves got arrested, there is a photographer taking photos. Although the colors of the clothes arent't the same, it's probably an allusion to "When they cry" (Higurashi no Naku koro ni), with Jirou Tomitake. They have the same clothes except the colors(the hat is the same color though), and that photographer is represented with strange eyes like those who can't see well (those kind of eyes: 3__3). Tomitake has glasses, and the photographer doesn't wear any, so that can explain those eyes.

In episode 12, Miyu and Yume are playing a Nintendo Wii.
