Comedy program shows fan-subtitled scene from magical girl parody
Studio Barcelona adapted Hideki Ohwada's original Dai Mahou Touge (Great Magical Gap) manga as the 2002 Magical Witch Punie-chan original video anime (OVA). Media Blasters licensed the anime in 2008.
Media Blasters has confirmed with ANN that the box art shown in the video is theirs, but the video footage is "definitely from some fansub," as it features a different script and font than Media Blasters' official release.
