X Japan's Yoshiki, Stan Lee Attended Golden Globes

Collaborating J-rocker & comic book writer photographed together
YOSHIKI, the pianist and songwriter for the rock band X Japan, and American comics writer Stan Lee appeared together on Sunday at the 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills, California. (The photograph to the right is from an earlier joint appearance.) Neither was up for any awards, but both live in the Los Angeles area. YOSHIKI also announced last year that the rest of X Japan would move to southern California.
At New York Anime Festival this past October, Stan Lee and YOSHIKI jointly announced a collaborative comic book series about a musical superhero. Lee also appeared in X Japan's "Born to Be Free" music video.
