Contestant "exiled_artist" wins with Hatsune Miku: Americana
The Japanese art site Piapro.jp announced the winner of the Hatsune Miku U.S. Version contest on Sunday. The contestant "exiled_artist" won the competition with the "Hatsune Miku: Americana" design above.
Artists submitted their interpretations of Crypton Future Media's virtual idol character for the ongoing J-Pop Summit Festival in San Francisco. The grand prize winner received a round trip ticket to San Francisco from Crypton Future Media (or a "special prize" if he or she already lives in San Francisco).
