I Am a Shōjo Manga Creator Risqué Game to Ship in 2012

The game developer Giza10 announced on Tuesday that the Ore wa Shōjo Mangaka (I Am a Shōjo Manga Creator) love adventure game will ship in Japan on February 23, 2012. As a consumer brand of the May-Be SOFT company, Giza10 is developing and publishing the game for the PlayStation Portable with a young male target audience.
The story centers on a young man striving to become a successful manga artist. Several girls dressed in a variety of feminine outfits help him through the process of writing shōjo manga. Ore wa Shōjo Mangaka's main female characters include Rinna Akizuki (voiced by Ari Yunohara), Hisui Hatori (Junko Nakata), Chika Kamio (Harumi Sakurai), Kaede Shidou (Erika Narumi), Haruka Takasugi (Ringo Aoba), and Sayaka Mayuzumi (Yuana Miyazawa).
The love adventure PSP game's retail price will be 6,090 yen (about US$78).
Giza10 began streaming Ore wa Shōjo Mangaka's opening movie on YouTube on November 1.
