The game's story will center on the selected warriors who release their souls and make miracles. Sol Trigger will include turn-based battles and multiple difficulty modes. The artist Shuji Sogabe (God Eater, Persona 4 manga) is designing the characters based on the original scenario by Kazushige Nojima (Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts).

Sol Trigger will cost 6,279 yen (about US$78), and Imageepoch will release the game for the PlayStation Portable in Japan this summer.
