Mega Man's Inafune Makes J.J. Rockets

The Japanese entertainment company Marvelous AQL released a new smartphone game titled J.J. Rockets on Tuesday, a side-scrolling action game produced by Kenji Inafune (ROCKMAN/Mega Man). In the game, players control J.J. Rockets, a transforming hero who is also the President of the United States of America and whose goal is to defeat mutant enemies including a boss mutant within three minutes.

The game is currently available on Android phones via the Mobage platform, and is free to play. An iOS version is slated for release in the near future. Inafune is also currently working on the game Soul Sacrifice, which is due out this winter.
