The July issue of Kodansha's Bessatsu Shonen Magazine is announcing on Friday that the Pizza Hut chain is running an Attack on Titan campaign from June 10 to July 21 in Japan. People can access a special page during the campaign to receive PC wallpaper and smartphone screens. In addition, people who order pizza online can win premium goods, such as a script signed by the cast.
The magazine's interview with Revo, the main figure behind the musical act Linked Horizon, also reveals that the act's "Jiyū no Tsubasa" ("Wings of Freedom") song will be the second opening theme for the anime. The track will be on Linked Horizon's July 10 CD Jiyū e no Shingeki, along with the first opening theme song "Guren no Yumiya."
Pizza Hut has tied its campaigns with Kannagi, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Maria-sama ga Miteru, Evangelion, Macross Frontier, and The Sky Crawlers in the past. Code Geass famously had the characters eating Pizza Hut dinners in the show itself, although not necessarily in the versions that were released outside Japan.
