The Predator, Baki Leads Fight to Be Strongest in Collaboration Campaign

posted on by Jennifer Sherman

The Japanese release of The Predator film is collaborating with the new Baki anime to decide which title character is the strongest in the universe. Both lead characters appear on a new collaboration visual with text that reads, "Which is the strongest?"

The campaign is pitting the American film's infamous alien against the high school fighter Baki in a battle to decide who is the true king of combatants. The "strongest of humanity" Baki is used to facing off against the "most evil" earthly convicts in his new anime series, but now he has to take on the "most evil hunter in space."

The collaboration is running a Twitter campaign to let fans decide which character is the strongest. After following an official Twitter account, fans can retweet designated tweets to choose their picks. People who vote will be eligible to win various prizes including signed Baki manga and scripts, masks, T-shirts, keychains, and more.

The Predator will open in Japan on September 14.

Netflix premiered Baki on June 25 inside Japan, and it will debut this fall outside of Japan. The series will have 26 episodes and is also airing on television.
