Anime USA Considering Guest Reception

Anime USA is considering holding a guest reception at their 2003 con and are looking for feedback.
The staff of Anime USA 2002, which will be held on October 11-13 in Vienna, Virginia, outside Washington, DC, are planning to add a guest reception event to the convention schedule. It would be held in the evening on October 11, and would allow convention attendees to mingle with guests during a buffet-style dinner. To determine if such an event will be worth the expense, the convention has set up an online poll, located at www.animeusa.org/ausa2002/ReceptionPoll.html.
Currently, AUSA's guest list includes Hidenori Matsubara (Animation Director: Otaku no Video, Character Designer (Oh My Goddess!, Sakura Taisen), manga artist Hiroshi Aro (Futaba-kun Change!), and several American artists and voice actors.
