Pirated Anime Seized in Hong Kong

According to an Associated Press article, Hong Kong authorities recently seized 200,000 pirated anime VCDs and arrested 18 people in relation to the material. Illegal VCD copies of Howl's Moving Castle, Dragon Ball and other titles, were seized from 22 retail outlets and one warehouse, following complaints from an unnamed major Japanese studio. Hong Kong television however reports that several of the raided stores are back in operation.
