4Kids Forms Trading Card, Online Game Companies

4Kids will produce trading cards for the first time with the creation of TC Digital Games, LLC. Bryan Gannon, who was Corporate Vice President of Yu-Gi-Oh! card distributor Upper Deck, will serve as President and CEO of TC Games as well as the new TC Websites, of which 4Kids will own 50%.
