2nd "hard-boiled science fiction action" episode to run in Japan on March 2

The official Japanese website for Mnemosyne - Mnemosyne no Musume-tachi, the latest anime series from the production companies Xebec and GENCO, has posted its second promotional movie. Besides the first promotional movie, the site also posted the opening and ending movie sequences. The graphically explicit series (in both sex and violence) premiered the first of six monthly episodes on the Japanese premium channel AT-X on February 3. The next episode will premiere on March 2.

The "hard-boiled science fiction action" story follows a Tokyo private investigator named Rin, an assassin named Laura that is hunting her down, and the series of bizarre incidents involving angel-like creatures. Elemental Gelade and Tales of Eternia's Shigeru Ueda is directing the series. Visual novel game illustrator Chūō Higashiguchi (Phantom of Inferno) created the original character designs, and Hiroshi Ohnogi (Gundam, Macross, Noein) is writing the scripts.
