Madhouse has announced Mai Mai Shinko to Sennen no Mahō (Maimai Shinko and the Millennium-Old Magic), the latest theatrical film from Black Lagoon and Princess Arete director Sunao Katabuchi, at Tokyo International Anime Fair 2008.
