Animax Japan Channel Lists Magic Kaito Program in April

The Animax anime channel in Japan is listing a Magic Kaito program which will run on April 17 at 8:30 a.m. and two more times on April 18 and April 25. The channel lists the program as a 2010 production, but does not offer any further information on the staff, cast, or runtime.
Detective Conan (Case Closed) creator Gōshō Aoyama launched his Magic Kaito manga in 1987. The story follows a young budding magician named Kaito Kuroba who follows in his late father's footsteps as the legendary thief Kaitō Kid. Although the story remains incomplete, Aoyama has not compiled a book volume for the manga since 2007. However, a Detective Conan x Magic Kaito manga volume was slated to ship at the end of this month with selected chapters from the entire publishing runs of both manga series.
