Anime Expo to Host Bleach Voice Actor Masakazu Morita

Anime Expo has announced that voice actor Masakazu Morita will attend the July 1-4 event in Los Angeles. Morita is best known as the voice of the main lead Ichigo Kurosaki in the Bleach television anime series. He also voiced the character Tidus in the Final Fantasy X role-playing game, Sengoku Basara's Keiji Maeda, Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter's Pegasus Seiya, and Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny's Auel Neider.
NTV's News 24 program and other Japanese news sources also reported on Friday that 24-year-old actress Saki Aibu will appear at a screening of her Koisuru Neapolitan ~Sekai de Ichiban Oishii Ai Sarekata film in July during Anime Expo. Anime Expo has not yet responded to ANN's request for comment on Aibu's reported appearance. Saki Aibu played the female leads in the live-action television adaptations of Naoki Urasawa's Happy! sports drama manga and Yuu Watase's Absolute Boyfriend romantic comedy manga. She also voiced Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva's Remi Altava, Doraemon: Nobita no Shin Makai Daibōken - Shichinin no Mahōtsukai's Miwako Mangetsu, and Kaiketsu Zorori's Tail. The Koisuru Neapolitan film, which also stars EXILE band member Daisuke Maki and actor Takashi Tsukamoto, will open in Japan on September 11.
