Title will be artist's first Ribon serialization in roughly two years

This Friday's issue of Shueisha's Ribon manga magazine features the first chapter of Yoko Maki's latest series, Romantica Clock. The title is running concurrently with her Pika☆Ichi manga in Kodansha's Aria magazine, and will mark her first title in Ribon in about two years.

Romantica Clock is a comedy about two siblings, the beautiful and energetic Akane, and her smart, cool older brother Aoi. Akane, who has felt jealous of Aoi since she was a young child, continues to be unable to get along with him even as the two grow older. The first chapter of the manga features opening color pages and is 34 pages long.

Maki's Aishiteruze Baby was also serialized in Ribon, and was released in North America by Viz beginning in 2006.
