New key visual unveiled for TV anime of NisiOisin's novels premiering on July 6

The official website for the Monogatari Series Second Season anime announced on Wednesday that singer Luna Haruna is contributing the ending theme song. Popular Vocaloid composer Jin (Shizen no Teki-P) of "Kagerou Days" fame is producing Luna Haruna's "Ai o Utae" (Sing About Love) song; he created the song specifically for the project after immersing himself in the original novels.

Haruna previously performed the ending theme "Overfly" for Sword Art Online and "Sora wa Takaku Kaze wa Utau" ending theme for the second season of Fate/Zero. She performed at this year's Sakura-Con in April along with singer Eir Aoi.

Monogatari Series Second Season will cover the material from NisiOisin's Nekomogatari (White), Kabukimonogatari, Hanamonogatari, Otorimonogatari, Onimonogatari, and Koimonogatari novel volumes in two cours or half a year. The website presented a new piece of key visual art on Wednesday.

The television anime series will premiere on Tokyo MX TV and other stations on July 6, and SME Records will sell the song's CD single on July 24.
