Series shipped in N. America on Tuesday; slated to ship in Europe on November 7
Atlus USA began streaming a launch trailer for for its PlayStation 3 game Tears to Tiara II: Heir of the Overlord on Tuesday to accompany the North American release of the game. The game is slated to ship in Europe on November 7.
Atlus will ship the combination strategy RPG and visual novel story-telling game with its original Japanese audio and English subtitles.
Atlus describes the story:
The province of Hispania suffers under the cruel dominance of the Divine Empire, but there is a rebellion coming. Hamilcar Barca, sole surviving member of Hispania's royal family, has within him a unique rage and a terrifying power that may be the key to freeing his people at last—if he can first learn to control the demon inside, lest he himself turn the world to ash. Joining Hamilcar are 14 other main characters, powerful beasts, and even gods that will help aid in his fight for justice.
AQUAPLUS developed the game and released it as Tears to Tiara II: Haō no Matsuei in Japan in October 2013.
