Otakon Vegas to Host Kill la Kill Character Designer, Animation Director Sushio

Rebuild of Evangelion films' key animator to appear at January 16-18 convention
Otakon Vegas announced on Friday that it will host animator, character designer, and animation director Sushio at its 2015 event. Aniplex of America arranged Sushio's visit to discuss his character design and animation direction on Kill la Kill.
Sushio served as key animator on anime such as the Rebuild of Evangelion films, Digimon Tamers, Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, Heartcatch Precure!, and Steamboy. In addition to Kill la Kill, he designed characters for One Piece: Omatsuri Danshaku to Himitsu no Shima, Engage Planet Kiss Dum, and Gunbuster 2: Diebuster.
Otakon Vegas will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada January 16-18.
