Kaori Ishihara, Kana Hanazawa, Yuichiro Umehara Join Gatchaman Crowds insight Anime's Cast

The June issue of Kadokawa's Newtype magazine is announcing on Saturday additional cast for the Gatchaman Crowds insight sequel anime.
The cast includes Kaori Ishihara (Cross Ange, The "Hentai" Prince and the Stony Cat.) as Tsubasa Mizudachi (seen left in the image above), who will serve as Hajime's new partner, Yuichiro Umehara (Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE!, Orenchi no Furo Jijō) as Rizumu Suzuki (seen center), a college student who has formed a mysterious organization, and Kana Hanazawa (Sketchbook ~full color'S~, Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches) as Gel Sadra (seen right), a peaceful alien. A character named Gel Sadra originally appeared in the 1978 anime, Gatchaman II.
The new season will reunite the main staff:

- G Suit Design: Koji Nakakita, Kenji Andou
- Animation Production: Tatsunoko Production
The cast from the first season will also return to reprise their roles.
The new season will depict what comes next for Hajime Ichinose (the first season's lead) and the others. It will also feature the blue NOTE that did not appear in the first season, as well as new characters.
The anime will premiere on Japanese television in July.
