Michi to Perform in Bangkok in June, Shanghai in July

Also scheduled for 1st North American appearance at Anime Expo in July

The official website of singer MICHI revealed last Friday that she has scheduled concerts and performances in Bangkok, Thailand and in Shanghai, China. She will appear at the J Series Festival event on June 6 in Bangkok, Thailand. She will also perform at the BiliBili Macro Link 2016 event in Shanghai, China on July 24.

She is scheduled to perform at this year's Anime Expo in Los Angeles in July, as well as at Baltimore's Otakon in August. Her Anime Expo appearance will mark her first North American convention appearance.

She last performed in Southeast Asia during Anime Festival Asia Singapore last November, and at Anime Festival Asia Indonesia in September before that.

Michi is from Okinawa, and her debut single "Cry for the Truth/Secret Sky" was used as the opening theme song for the Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers television anime series. Her second single "Checkmate!?" was used as the opening theme song for the Dagashi Kashi television anime series, and her third single "Realistic!" is the ending theme song for Kuromukuro. The single CD for "Realistic!" shipped on May 18.
