Resident Evil: Survival Unit Game's Trailer Reveals Theme Song by Queen Bee

The staff for Resident Evil: Survival Unit (Biohazard: Survival Unit), a new mobile strategy game in CAPCOM's Resident Evil franchise, began streaming a cinematic trailer on Thursday, and it reveals the theme song "Yamagari" ("Mountain Hunt") by Queen Bee.
Queen Bee originally released the song as part of the Aku album on March 5.
Former Square Enix game producer and current Senior Vice President of Aniplex's ForwardWorks Room/Senior Adviser at Sony Music Entertainment Japan Shinji Hashimoto is collaborating with CAPCOM for the title as one of his projects.
The strategy game is designed specifcally for mobile users and offers a different take from the main franchise. Hashimoto stated that the game "stays true to the essence of the franchise."
The new Resident Evil requiem (Biohazard requiem) game will launch on February 27, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
Resident Evil Village, the eighth entry in the franchise, launched in May 2021 for PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (Steam and Stadia).
