This year's October issue of Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine published the final chapter of Yuri Yumemi and artist Makuei's Witches Can't Be Collared (Majo ni Kubiwa wa Tsukerarenai, also known as Can't Be Put Collars on Witches.) manga adaptation on Thursday.

The manga's second and final compiled book volume will ship in Japan on October 3.

Yen Press licensed the novel series, and it describes the story:

When the nobility tries to monopolize magic, the crime rate surges. As a countermeasure, the Empire establishes a bureau dedicated to investigating magical crimes. Rogue, a detective, is reassigned to the sixth branch office because of his superior's—Velladonna's—scheming. There, he'll work alongside a witch who almost destroyed the Empire. Because of the dangers such witches pose, they are bound with collars that restrict their power. However, Rogue's charming new partner, “the Puppeteer,” has no qualms about toying with him!

Yumemi debuted the light novels with artist Wata in February 2024. The third volume shipped in Japan on June 10.

The manga adaptation launched in Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine in October 2024. Kadokawa published the manga's first volume on March 4.
