Alice in Wonderland: Dive in Wonderland Will Open in U.K. Cinemas on January 18 and 19

The P.A. Works fantasy film Alice in Wonderland: Dive in Wonderland (Fushigi no Kuni de Alice to -Dive in Wonderland-) will be released in UK cinemas on Sunday January 18 and Monday January 19. It will be distributed by ADN (Animation Digital Network), a French animation streaming platform, in partnership with CGR Events. Confirmed cinema locations are listed below.

The film, a modernized version of Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, is described as follows:

"Suddenly transported to Wonderland after receiving a letter left behind by her grandmother, Lise, a student searching for direction, is swept into a world teeming with fantastical creatures. Guided by Alice, she journeys through this bewildering world where a perpetually hurried White Rabbit, a ruthless queen and the mischievous Cheshire Cat cross her path. As she ventures deeper into this mysterious realm, the young woman may well uncover what fate has in store for her."

London (Acton, Haymarket, Wimbledon, Greenwich), Belfast, Bournemouth BH2, Sheffield, Metrocentre (Gateshead), Milton Keynes Stadium, Birmingham Broadway Plaza, Cardiff, Glasgow Quay, Lee Valley, Liverpool ONE, Trafford Centre (Manchester)

The film opened in Japan on August 29 2025 and runs 95 minutes. Toshiya Shinohara (Black Butler, A Lull in the Sea, The aquatope on white sand) directed the film at P.A. Works. Yūko Kakihara (Blue Box, Urusei Yatsura 2022, The aquatope on white sand) wrote the script. Shochiku and TBS were production coordinators.
