Doki Doki Crate Upgrades Kawaii Crates to Include More Licensed Characters

Japan Crate continues to listen to its customers and community, upgrading crates based on feedback

Tokyo, Japan -- May 10, 2017 -- Today, Japan Crate, the leading Japanese experience subscription box company, announced community-driven upgrades to its kawaii focused Doki Doki Crate. The crate improvements, such as higher quality items and more licensed characters, are inspired from customer feedback.

Doki Doki Crate includes 5-7 kawaii items for everyday life which are curated around a monthly theme. As a direct result of customer feedback, Doki Doki Crate will now include more famous character items such as Hello Kitty, Gudetama, Rilakkuma, and more. Along with licensed character items, the size and quality of crate contents will also increase, enhancing the customer's experience.

“Customer and community feedback is vital to us,” said Hank Rao, CEO of Japan Crate. “Subscribers are the driving force behind each crate and we do our best to respond to their needs. We survey our subscribers and combine the results with data from our social media channels to better understand and serve our community. Our most recent feedback requested more licensed items and we're excited to share just that with them in the revamped Doki Doki Crates.”

The new Doki Doki Crates will be curated directly around a theme so subscribers know exactly what to expect, and know how they'll be able to use the items inside. For example, a Kawaii Kitchen themed crate would focus on cute, practical items for the kitchen.
